Rider need to be 18+ years of age as per the law.
Documents required. Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Passport or Voter ID Card needs to be deposited at the time of pickup. Rider should follow all the Traffic rules as per the law very strictly. Any penalties issued during the rental time need to be paid by the rider to the authority or if found to the vendor.
Drink & drive is strictly prohibited. Twist Throttle will not be responsible to compensate for any mishaps and their consequences in such cases.
Damages: Any damages cases during the rental time, its 100% rider responsibility to pay the damage cost. Once the booking is made, Twist Throttle cannot change the location, Pickup, drop time.
Rider fails to return the bike on or before drop time, in such cases rider need to inform Twist Throttle customer care +91-888 44 00 550 and extend the trip accordingly. Or rider will be penalized as per company policy.
Location: Pickup and drop location should be at the same place.
Booking: Booking are subject to availability. Twist Throttle reserves the right to cancel any booking if deemed necessary.

Delay: Rider fails to return the bike on or before drop time as per the booking. Penalties will be charged as per the terms and conditions.
Trip Extension: Kindly call the customer care +91-888 44 00 550 and information atleast one hour before the drop time. The request will be confirmed based on the availability of the bikes.
Sub Lease: Rider is not authorized to sub lease the bike to any other person.
Damages: Any damages cases during the rental time, its 100% rider responsibility to pay the damage cost plus daily tariff until the bike is ready for renting again.
Accident: In any case if the rider met with accident. Twist Throttle is not responsible for any kind of loss.
Theft: Rider will be liable to pay the complete new bike amount.
Fault Or Failure: In any case if the bike gets any problem during rent time. Rider needs to contact the vendor before getting any repairs and the original invoice is mandatory to claim reimbursement for the same.
Limitations: Every vendor has few limitation like speed limit, kms limit. If the rider cross the limitations penalties will be charged as per the vendor TnC.

Ride Extension: Kindly call the customer care +91-888 44 00 550 and information atleast one hour before the drop time. The request will be confirmed based on the availability of the bikes.
Ride Extension: Ride can be extend through the Twist Throttle app or www.twistthrottle.in.

Less than 24 hours of the pick up time- No refund.
Between 24 to 72 hours of the pick up time- 50% refund.
72 hrs or more prior to the pick up time- 75% refund.
If we cancel the booking due to break down, non-availability of the bike or any other reason than we provide 100% refund of the rentals received.
If any booking is cancelled by Twist Throttle due to non availability, a full refund will be initiated. The refunded amount will reflect within 7-10 business days.
Twist Throttle has complete authority to cancel the booking without prior notice.
No refund/reimbursement/cancellations claim will be considered after 48 hours of the completion of the booking period.
